ezjl Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and ezjl ("ezjl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ezjl.net. • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ezjl platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

ezjl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a User is found to be under 21 years of age, ezjl will immediately suspend the account, void all bets and winnings, and return any remaining deposited funds in accordance with applicable regulations. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious violation of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

To access the full range of ezjl services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ezjl account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

When registering your ezjl account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your ezjl login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ezjl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

ezjl implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

ezjl supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the ezjl platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your ezjl account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ezjl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• Any funds that remain in an inactive account for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account management section of the platform.

ezjl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all ezjl bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted based on account status, payment method, or geographic location within the Philippines.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• ezjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be automatically removed from your account.

By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

ezjl is committed to fair play. All RNG-based games use independently certified random number generation systems. Live dealer games are operated from certified studios with professional dealers under controlled conditions. ezjl does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the mathematical house edge disclosed in the game rules.

Users of the ezjl platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Creating or operating more than one ezjl account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live dealer games.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ezjl staff or other players via any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR.

All content on the ezjl platform — including but not limited to the ezjl brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ezjl or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ezjl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ezjl platform without prior written consent from ezjl.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ezjl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ezjl platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

ezjl's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their ezjl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ezjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

ezjl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the account settings section of the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ezjl account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the ezjl platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ezjl, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ezjl's customer support team at [email protected]. ezjl will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.

ezjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ezjl will notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ezjl platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
